Last October I completed an Unprocessed Food challenge. Yep, I went 31 days without any processed food and I felt great! I didn't think I would ever go back to processed foods but slowly it started creeping back into my diet; potato chips, store bought cookies and crackers, donuts. You name it and I'm eating it again.
To break this downhill slide I signed up for the 10 Day Real Food Pledge at http://www.100daysofrealfood.com/take-the-10-day-pledge/. I plan to seque into the 100 day challenge. This will take me through Halloween, vacation, Thanksgiving to almost the middle of December. Yep, they don't call it a challenge for nothing. But I'm up for it!
I ordered the book and it shipped today. Hopefully I'll get it next week!
